CNC TURNING/SETUP PERSON

 

Responsibilities:

Ability to set-up and operate CNC lathes up to 5 Axis.

Prove out programs.

Inspect 1st. off to ensure drawing requirements are met.

 

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience on CNC lathes.

Read and interpret drawings.

Set-up and operate CNC and Conventional Lathes.

Set-up and selecting proper tools.

Setting proper speeds and feeds.

Perform maintenance on equipment.

Quality conscious and attention to detail.

Attention to Continuous Improvement.

Good communication skills.

Work under pressure.

A good team player.
